We’re looking for a curious and creative Content & Discovery Intern who can help identify trends, discover high-potential content ideas, and support content execution across digital platforms. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys researching internet culture, analyzing audience behavior, and finding engaging content opportunities. Key Responsibilities Research trending topics, creators, formats, and audience interests across platforms like Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, Reddit, etc. Discover and curate content ideas aligned with brand goals and audience preferences. Assist in creating short-form content briefs, scripts, captions, and content calendars. Monitor competitor activity and emerging industry trends. Support SEO/content discovery efforts using keyword and trend research tools. Organize and maintain content databases, inspiration boards, and reference libraries. Collaborate with marketing, design, and social media teams to improve content performance. Analyze basic engagement metrics and suggest improvements. Requirements Strong interest in digital content, social media, internet trends, and creator ecosystems. Good research and communication skills. Ability to identify what content performs well and why. Familiarity with tools like Google Trends, Notion, Canva, ChatGPT, or social analytics tools is a plus. Basic understanding of content marketing, SEO, or social media strategy is preferred. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. Preferred Qualifications Experience managing a social media page, newsletter, blog, or college media project.
